MONDAY MORNING BREAKFAST

Makes two 8oz glassfuls

1 Good handful of Flat Leaf Parsely
2 Large Carrots
2 Stalks of Celery
1 Red Delicious Apple
1/2 Sweet Red Beet
(Colorful and delicious)

(Sweet and satisfying)

A handful of nuts add protien and a healthful way to start the day.

Looks delicious....do you have to cook the beets or are they raw....aren't they a great color!!

Hope it tasted as good as it looks....yummy!!

Michaelene, all of the fruits and vegetables are raw, always...and yes, they are such a pretty color and so sweet, and delicious. Honestly, I have never liked beets that were cooked, but raw is truely delicious.

You always serve the healtiest food. Just like Heather. BTW I made my shake that you'd recommended using frozen bananas. I added strawberries. It's so yummy. Thanks!!
